Illinois woman says St. Louis County man responsible for injuries in crash

ST. LOUIS — An Illinois resident is suing St. Louis County resident Christopher Lee Tallie, citing alleged negligence.

Adrieanna McAdams filed a complaint on Jan. 16 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri against Christopher Lee Tallie, alleging that the motorist Tallie failed to exercise standard care and skill required in operating a vehicle.

According to the complaint, McAdams alleges that on April 6, 2015, she suffered injuries, pain of the body and mind and anguish, incurred medical bills and lost wages as a result of a vehicle crash. Tallie allegedly crashed the vehicle he was driving into the concrete barrier on the left side of the highway, where McAdams was driving, the report states. McAdams holds Tallie responsible because Tallie allegedly failed to keep control of his vehicle, failed to obey the traffic laws, and operated vehicle at an excessive speeds.

McAdams requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against Tallie, compensatory damages in an amount in excess of $75,000, costs and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by George H. Albers of Roth Law Offices LLC in Granite City.
