ST. LOUIS — A Delaware company is suing a convention and show services business, citing alleged breach of contract.

Nterone Corp. Inc. filed a complaint June 30 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against MAC Meetings & Events LLC alleging that the defendant violated a contract by refusing to pay the amount it owes.

According to the complaint, on May 11, 2016, the plaintiff and the defendant entered into written agreement entitled Purchase Order Description of Services Statement of Work. The plaintiff claims it performed its obligation under the contract but failed to receive payment amounting to $35,000 plus accruing interest.

The plaintiff holds MAC Meetings & Events responsible because the defendant allegedly failed and refused to pay the money owed under the contract.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in the amount of $35,000 plus pre-judgment interest, costs of action and for other relief as the court deems just and proper. They are represented by Randall E. Gusdorf of Gusdorf Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
