Man seeks damages from Raineri Building Materials, driver over St. Louis collision

Car accident 31

ST. LOUIS – A Missouri man alleges his back, arm and hand were injured in a collision in St. Louis.

Duane Wehner filed a complaint on March 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Raymond Hasler and Raineri Building Materials alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 27, 2017, defendant Hasler was in the course and scope of his employment with defendant Raineri when the vehicle he was operating struck a bucket truck loaded with plants, causing a collision between defendants' truck and plaintiff's vehicle. The suit states the collision occurred on Manchester Road in St. Louis.

The plaintiff alleges he suffered severe and permanent injuries to his back, arm and hand.

The plaintiff holds Hasler and Raineri Building Materials responsible because defendant Hasler allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield and improperly changed lanes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendants in an amount of more than $25,000, costs of court and any other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Alan S. Mandel of Mandel & Mandel LLP in St. Louis.
