The law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C. announces that Brian J. Malone has been named a shareholder of the firm. Mr. Malone has been with the firm since 2016, he devotes his practice to assisting governmental bodies and public institutions in the St. Louis area.
Mr. Malone has worked with local governments on a wide variety of legal issues including zoning, real estate development, election law, taxation, constitutional law, sunshine law, litigation and general government operations. Mr. Malone began his career as an Assistant County Counselor for St. Louis County. In his practice, Mr. Malone has provided legal advice municipalities, public libraries, school districts, hospital districts, and election authorities. He holds a J.D. from Washburn University School of Law and a B.A. from Truman State University.
