Greensfelder, Hemker & Gale, P.C. is pleased to announce that Pete Palumbo has joined the firm’s St. Louis office as counsel in its Trusts & Estates practice group.
Palumbo has nearly three decades of experience advising individuals and businesses on a broad spectrum of estate, trust, business, and tax planning matters. He focuses his practice on estate planning, wills and trusts, probate and trust administration, and federal and state tax law.
Additionally, Palumbo advises clients on business and not-for-profit entity formation, business transactions, and real estate. He provides family business and succession planning to individuals on a multigenerational basis.
Before joining Greensfelder, Palumbo was an attorney at another St. Louis-based firm. He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the Washington University School of Law, his J.D. from the Southern Illinois University School of Law, and his B.S. in Accounting from Illinois State University.
