ST. LOUIS -- Three longtime St. Louis attorneys placed on probation about a year ago after funds were discovered stolen from their client trust account have been reinstated following separate Nov. 1 Missouri Supreme Court orders.
JEFFERSON CITY (St. Louis Record) – Rolla attorney Bryce C. Crowley, who was charged with driving while intoxicated last fall, and Illinois attorney James William Davis have been suspended following separate Oct. 30 Missouri Supreme Court orders.
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (St. Louis Record) — Princeton attorney Jennifer Ann George has been disbarred following an Oct. 30 Missouri Supreme Court order over allegations arising from a single client matter.

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. (St. Louis Record) — Omaha attorneys and brothers Joseph P. Cullan and Patrick J. Cullan have been reciprocally reprimanded following separate Oct. 19 Missouri Supreme Court orders after the two were similarly reprimanded by the Iowa Supreme Court in May.

LOUIS (St. Louis Record) – A St. Louis man who is a member of the National Guard recently filed a federal suit claiming his rights were violated when he was pepper sprayed and arrested during protests last year that followed the acquittal of former city police officer Jason Stockley on murder charges.

KANSAS CITY – A Kansas City dry cleaning company and a Missouri management company are among defendants being sued by a Massachusetts-based drying cleaning company over an industry territorial dispute.
KANSAS CITY – A Kansas City man is suing city officials and the city for allegedly harassing him, stealing his ducks, dog and time and to stop scheduled demolition and auction of his property, according to his complaint filed earlier this month.
JEFFERSON CITY (St. Louis Record) — Suspended Gladstone attorney Kenneth J. Geniuk has again been indefinitely suspended following an Aug. 21 Missouri Supreme Court order and his disbarment earlier this year in Kansas.
