According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were in a motor vehicle traveling weston Interstate 44 on Aug. 18, 2016 when the defendant allegedly struck the rear of their vehicle. The plaintiffs claim that they sustained serious and permanent injuries, resulting in pain and suffering, discomfort and medical expenses. The plaintiffs holds the defendant responsible for allegedly operating her motor vehicle at an excessive speed.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek damages in excess of $25,000 each plus costs for this action and any further relief the court may deem just. They are represented by William K. Meehan of Meehan Law Firm in University City.
