Late 06

ST.LOUIS — A credit company is suing guarantors Dennis L. Barrett and Jeffrey A. Jensen for allegedly failing to pay the plaintiff over $128,000 in debt.

Ford Motor Credit Company LLC filed a complaint on Dec. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri alleging that the defendants breached its duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Ford Motor Credit Company LLC suffered substantial economic losses in 2000 from the defendants' refusal to acknowledge their debt obligations. The plaintiff holds the defendants responsible for allegedly breaching their duties by refusing to pay for the remaining debt owed to the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for $128,289.30 plus interest, costs, expenses, attorneys' fees and further relief as the court deems just. They are represented by Rodney E. Loomer and Ty Z. Harden of Turner, Reid, Duncan, Loomer & Patton PC in Springfield, Mo.
