ST. LOUIS — A homeowner is suing an insurance company and broker from Missouri, citing alleged breach of insurance contract.
Milton Frazier filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against State Farm Fire and Casualty Co. and Lennie Harrison alleging that the insurance brokers failed to perform their obligations under the terms the insurance policy.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges he suffered damages in excess of $22,000 to repair the garage and for the costs paid for the insurance premium. The plaintiff holds State Farm Fire and Casualty and Harrison responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to provide expert advice as to the terms, conditions and coverage of the insurance policy and refused to rebuild plaintiff's damaged garage.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages of over $25,000, costs for this action and any further relief as the court deems just and proper. He is represented by Ted F. Frapolli of Law Offices of Ted F. Frapolli in St. Louis.
