ST. LOUIS — A media company is suing an events organizer, citing alleged breach of contract.

iHeartMedia Inc. filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Amazing Expos LLC, doing business as Amazing Pet Expos, alleging the company failed to perform its obligations under the terms of a contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff provided goods, merchandise and services at the defendant's request for the amount of $98,208.56. To date, said amount remains due and owing. The plaintiff holds Amazing Expos responsible because the defendant allegedly did not object to the statement and has not made payments toward the amount due.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the principal amount of $98,208.56, plus interest, cost of this suit and any further relief the court deems proper. He is represented by Douglas J. Cleveland of Vogler & Associates LLC in St. Louis.
