Driver accused of negligence in North Kingshighway crash

Car accident 31

ST. LOUIS — The owners of a vehicle are suing a driver, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

Lucki Jitalah, Shenaye Willis-Moore, Milani Willis, Hyjah Moore, et al. filed a complaint on Jan. 2 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kadeghah Pearson alleging that the defendant negligently failed to operate a motor vehicle in a careful and prudent manner.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 6, 2016 they were injured when the defendant's vehicle suddenly collided with their vehicle on North Kingshighway. They allegedly  sustained personal injuries and damages, and were caused to incur medical expenses.

The plaintiffs hold Pearson responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently caused the motor vehicle she was driving to collide with the plaintiffs' vehicle.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury; and seek judgment against the defendant, together with costs and expenses associated with this action, and such other relief that are just and proper. They are represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of the Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton, Missouri.
