Law money 13

ST. LOUIS — A real property owner is suing Chase Mortgage Inc., alleging mishandling of payments.

Ronald Williams filed a complaint on Jan. 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Chase Mortgage alleging that the mortgagee failed to provide complete documentation.

According to the complaint,  Chase Mortgage allegedly failed to correctly apply payments to his account and is now attempting to foreclose his property.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks an order enjoining and restraining defendant from taking any action to foreclose his property, and any further relief as may be just and proper. He is represented by Dale Wiley of Foreclosure Law LLC in Crane.
