ST. LOUIS — A motor vehicle driver is suing another driver, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.
Ramo Mesinovic filed a complaint on Feb. 20 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Matthew William Masidonski alleging that he failed to maintain proper control of his vehicle.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 8, 2016 he was driving on Christy Boulevard at or near its intersection with Delor Street in St. Louis City when the defendant collided with his vehicle. He allegedly suffered painful injuries to his head, neck, back, arm, spine, nerves and tissues.
The plaintiff holds Masidonski responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep careful lookout, failed to observe traffic conditions and failed to yield before making a left turn.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks compensatory damages in excess of $25,000, prejudgment interest, costs of court, and all other relief that is just and proper. He is represented by Nadim Ramic and Almira Bajric of Bajric & Ramic LLC in St. Louis.
