ST. LOUIS — A pedestrian is suing Cleveland Brown, alleging insufficient measures were taken to prevent injuries.

Tyrone Parks filed a complaint on March 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court alleging that Brown failed to operate an automobile in a careful manner.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 24, 2017 he was crossing West Florissant Road when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Brown. He allegedly suffered bodily injuries that resulted in pain and suffering and inconvenience.

The plaintiff holds Brown responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep careful lookout, and failed to stop and yield to pedestrians.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury; and seeks judgment against the defendant in a sum exceeding $25,000, costs of this proceedings, and all other relief that are just and proper. He is represented by Jeremy A. Gogel of The Gogel Law Firm in St. Louis.
