Woman seeks more than $7,000 over alleged damages from St. Louis collision

Car accident 35

ST. LOUIS – A woman is seeking damages from a driver after a rear-end collision in St. Louis.

Angela Rush filed a complaint on March 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Justin Conners alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, on March 6, 2017, the plaintiff was a passenger in her vehicle traveling north on Grand Avenue in St. Louis and was stopped at its intersection with Laclede Avenue when the defendant caused his vehicle to strike the rear of her vehicle.

She alleges she suffered damages to her 2006 Infiniti G35 in the amount of $7,847.39 as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Conners responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way, and failed to stop, slacken speed or swerve to prevent his vehicle from colliding with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $7,847.39, plus costs expended for this suit. She is represented by William E. Paasch of Law Offices of Lucy T. Unger in St. Louis.
