Woman seeks more than $25,000 over Flyer Avenue collision

Car accident 15

ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges a driver failed to yield and caused a collision in St. Louis last month.

Brittany Hubbard filed a complaint on March 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jillian Boswell alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 7, she was traveling on Flyer Avenue in St. Louis when the defendant's vehicle suddenly entered the street and struck the front of her vehicle. The plaintiff alleges she suffered severe, permanent and disabling injuries resulting in pain, mental anguish, medical care and treatment expenses and loss of wages as a result of the auto accident.

The plaintiff holds Boswell responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently operated her vehicle at an excessive rate of speed, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to the yield right of way.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, costs, attorney fees and all other relief that are just and proper. She is represented by Joseph D. Klenofsky of The Klenofsky Law Firm LLC in St. Louis.
