ST. LOUIS – Damages are being sought from a Wildwood man over a collision on Interstate 44 in St. Louis.
David Crawford filed a complaint on March 23 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Raymond Brenner alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, on Sept. 15, 2016, defendant was driving his vehicle traveling west on Interstate 44 when he crashed into plaintiff's vehicle. Due to the collision, the plaintiff alleges he sustained injuries.
The plaintiff holds Brenner responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep his vehicle under control and failed to yield to plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, with interest, costs and all other relief that are proper and just. He is represented by Jeremy A. Gogel of The Gogel Law Firm in St. Louis.
