Car accident 16

ST. LOUIS – A driver is seeking damages after a rear-end collision on Interstate 44 in St. Louis.

William Meyer filed a complaint on March 27 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jill Humphries alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 18, 2016, he was lawfully driving his 2008 Honda Accord on Interstate 44 when the defendant's vehicle struck the rear of his vehicle. He alleges he sustained personal injuries to his back, neck and shoulders and was required to undergo extensive medical care and treatment.

The plaintiff holds Humphries responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep careful lookout and followed his vehicle too closely.
