Driver alleges Outer Road collision cost him more than $4,000 in medical bills

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he incurred medical expenses of more than $4,000 after an auto accident.

Winndell Howard filed a complaint in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Steven Winston alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 5, 2016, he was traveling west on Outer Road when the defendant negligently allowed his vehicle to come into contact with his vehicle. The plaintiff alleges he suffered injuries to his neck, shoulder, arms, legs, head and back and incurred medical expenses in excess of $4,405 as a result of the collision. 

The plaintiff holds Winston responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $25,000 and all other relief that is proper and just. He is represented by Darin W. Sorrell of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis.
