ST. LOUIS – A New Jersey woman alleges she was injured when a shuttle bus she was riding in collided with an underpass near Busch Stadium in St Louis.

Lindsay King filed a complaint on April 9 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Bemiston-Carondelet Corp. and John Doe alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 30, 2013, she was a passenger in a shuttle bus driven by defendant Doe, who was employed by defendant Bemiston-Carondelet, when the bus violently collided with an underpass, causing injuries to its passengers. She alleges she suffered neural impingement and bilateral paresthesia in the C6-C7 distribution and incurred medical expenses of approximately $19,000 as a result.

The plaintiff holds Bemiston-Carondelet Corp. and John Doe responsible because defendant Doe allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to be attentive while driving a motor vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants of more than $25,000, with interest, and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Matthew P. O'Grady of The Onder Law Firm in St. Louis.
