Individuals allege driver failed to execute safe turn in St. Louis auto accident

Car accident 38

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when a driver attempted to make a left turn and struck their vehicle.

Kyong Pak and Kristine Pak filed a complaint on April 11 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Lyle Doeschot alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Sept. 19, 2017, they were traveling on North Compton Avenue in St. Louis when the defendant collided with their vehicle. The plaintiffs allege they suffered injuries to their knees, necks and backs and incurred medical expenses as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Doeschot responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and failed to execute a proper and safe turn.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in an amount to be determined by jury and all other relief that is proper and just. They are represented by Gary K. Burger of Burger Law in St. Louis.
