Woman alleged to have drove while distracted, cause St. Louis collision

ST. LOUIS – A man alleges he was injured when a distracted driver rear-ended his vehicle in St. Louis.

Justin Tucker filed a complaint on April 13 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Jasmine E. Williams alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 10, 2016, the defendant rear-ended his vehicle in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered injuries that resulted in disability, disfigurement, loss of earnings and medical expenses as a result of the accident. 

The plaintiff holds Williams responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently followed his vehicle too closely and operated her vehicle while distracted.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of no less than $25,000, costs of this action and whatever additional remedy that is appropriate. He is represented by Gregory M. Tobin of Pratt & Tobin PC in East Alton, Illinois.
