X-L Contracting alleges Kozeny-Wagner failed to pay for work

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis subcontractor alleges that it was not paid in full for work performed.

X-L Contracting Inc. filed a complaint on April 23 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Kozeny-Wagner Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it entered into a written subcontractor agreement with the defendant to perform sewer and brick work for a St. Louis project. It alleges it performed all of its obligations in a timely and workmanlike manner without objection.

The plaintiff alleges the defendant has breached the agreement by failing to pay it for all the work performed.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, costs of this proceedings and any other relief that are appropriate and just. It is represented by Stephen P. Ahlheim of Ahlheim & Dorsey LLC in St. Charles.
