Driver alleged to have improperly entered lane, cause St. Louis crash

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges another motorist caused a collision in St. Louis because of improper lane usage.

Miriam Townsend filed a complaint on May 2 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Ruby Brison alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 22, 2017, she was traveling south on Kingshighway near its intersection with Highway 40 in St. Louis when defendant entered her lane of travel and collided with her vehicle. 

The plaintiff holds Brison responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to the right of way and failed to keep a proper lookout.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, plus costs of court and all other relief that is just and proper. She is represented by Kyle Kleefus of Law Offices of Derald L. Gab PC in St. Louis.
