Blades on Washington alleged to owe more than $36,000 on loan

ST. LOUIS – A creditor alleges a limited liability company failed to repay a loan.

DLI Assets LLC filed a complaint on May 1 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Blades on Washington LLC and Mark LaPlante alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 21, 2016, the plaintiff provided a credit extension to Blades on Washington in the amount of $36,864.57. The suit states LaPlante executed a personal guaranty for payment of all charges due.

To date, the said amount allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $36,864.57, with interest from Oct. 10, 2017, costs of court and all other relief that is proper and just. It is represented by Ronald A. Caimi, Michael A. Kasperek, Timothy S. O'Grady and Douglas J. Cleveland of Vogler & Associates LLC in St. Louis.
