Woman alleges driver failed to yield in Natural Bridge auto accident

Car accident 21

ST. LOUIS – A Granite City, Illinois man is alleged to have failed to yield and cause a collision.

Robin Autmon filed a complaint on May 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Gregory W. Homyer alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Dec. 12, 2017, she was traveling east on Natural Bridge when defendant caused the vehicle he was driving to collide with her vehicle. She alleges she suffered serious and permanent injuries to her ribs, head, back, neck, right leg and bones as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Homyer responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove his vehicle at an excessive speed, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $75,000, plus costs of court. She is represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
