Individuals seek damages from State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance over collision

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals are seeking damages from their insurer after a collision with an uninsured motorist.

Barry Dennis and Barbara Blockette filed a complaint on May 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co. citing insurance contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on June 22, 2017, they were involved in an auto accident negligently caused by an uninsured driver. They allege they suffered serious, painful and permanent injuries and damages.

The plaintiffs seek judgment in favor of each plaintiff in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $75,000, plus costs of court. They are represented by Joseph K. Robbins of The Robbins Law Firm in St. Louis.
