Driver seeks more than $25,000 over alleged injuries sustained in Vandeventer Road crash

ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured in a rear-end collision on Vandeventer Road.

Alisha Wayne filed a complaint on May 14 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against John Lang alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that she was traveling on Vandeventer Road in St. Louis when defendant collided with the rear of her vehicle. She alleges she suffered serious and permanent injuries to her head, neck and back in incurred medical expenses of approximately $2,500. 

The plaintiff holds Lang responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly drove his vehicle at an excessive and dangerous speed without keeping proper lookout and failed to use evasive maneuvers at the first appearance of danger.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, plus costs of court and all other relief that is just and appropriate. She is represented by Ray B. Marglous and Robert S. Merlin of Ray B. Marglous PC in St. Louis.
