Reliable Equipment alleges it is owed more than $6,000 for equipment from machine shop

ST. LOUIS – A seller of industrial and metal working equipment alleges a St. Louis machine shop failed to pay for equipment it purchased.

Reliable Equipment LLC filed a complaint on May 17 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Gateway Metallizing Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in 2017, the defendant purchased equipment, including a Cincinnati Arrow 750 Machine Center from it. The plaintiff alleges the defendant sent three checks that bounced.

To date, the principal amount of $6,250 allegedly remains due and payable. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $6,250, with interest, costs, attorney fees, returned check payments and all other relief that are proper and just. It is represented by Robert Schultz and Ronald J. Eisenberg of Schultz & Associates LLP in Chesterfield, Missouri.
