HWP Rigging alleges it is owed more than $40,000 for services on project

ST. LOUIS – A Missouri limited liability company alleges that it was not paid for services it provided on a project in Lebanon.

Bullseye International LLC, doing business as HWP Rigging, filed a complaint on May 18 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against C&C Press Repair LLC, et al. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 19, the defendants requested plaintiff to provide labor, rigging and transportation equipment to disassemble and transport a press owned by their customer in Lebanon and agreed to pay the sum amount of $41,584.13. To date, the said amount allegedly remains due and owing. 

The plaintiff holds C&C Press Repair LLC, et al. responsible because despite repeated demands for payments, the defendants allegedly failed and refused to do so.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $41,584.13, with interest, collection costs, attorney fees and all other relief not to exceed $74,999.99. It is represented by Richard B. Blanke and David Adam of Uthoff, Graeber, Bobinette & Blanke in St. Louis.
