ST. LOUIS – A man alleges a driver's negligence caused a rear-end collision in St. Louis.
Deane Leslie Faucett filed a complaint on May 22 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Gregory Robert Primo alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on May 23, 2013, he was traveling west on Watson Road in St. Louis when defendant struck the rear of his vehicle. He alleges he suffered injuries and damages, including but not limited to lost wages and benefits, pain and suffering, and medical expenses to treat his injuries, as a result of the collision.
The plaintiffs hold Primo responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to the right of way, failed to keep a proper lookout, and negligently drove at an excessive speed.
The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against the defendant in an amount that will fairly compensate him for his injuries and damages, costs of court and all other relief that is just and reasonable. He is represented by Joseph P. Welch in St. Louis.
