RGI Enterprises alleged to owe more than $20,000 for rent for shopping center location

ST. LOUIS – A limited liability company is alleged to owe several thousand dollars in unpaid rent for a space in the St. John Crossings Shopping Center.

JDN Development Co. Inc., formerly known as St. John Crossing LLC, filed a complaint on May 17 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against RGI Enterprises LLC, Robin Ingram and Gregory Ingram alleging breach of lease agreement and breach of guarantee.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 18, 2013, RGI Enterprises LLC signed a commercial lease and guaranty agreement to lease a unit at St. John Crossings Center and the Ingram defendants were guarantors. As of March 28, the suit states the defendants owe $26,041.47 for unpaid rent and attorney's fees. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants, jointly and severally, in the sum of $26,041.47, attorney fees, and costs of this suit. It is represented by James McNeile, Joshua R. Westberg, A. Alexander DeMasi and Kathryn E. Jackson of McNeile Pappas PC in Independence.
