Need Fixed alleged to owe more than $50,000 to California company

ST. LOUIS – A St. Louis limited liability company is alleged to have failed to pay a balance owed to a California corporation.

Bluevine Capital Inc. filed a complaint on May 30 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Need Fixed LLC and Josh Moulton alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, on July 31, 2015, Need Fixed entered into a contract with the plaintiff in which it agreed to pay under the terms of the agreement. The plaintiff alleges Moulton was the guaranty. As of Sept. 15, 2016, the balance of $58,574.13 allegedly remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants in the amount of $58,574.13, plus interest, attorney fees, costs and all other relief that are proper and just. It is represented by Jay B. Umansky and Andrew F. Babitz of The Law Offices of Jay B. Umansky PC in St. Louis.
