ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured in a collision in St. Louis when another motorist made an improper turn.

Phillip Harvey filed a complaint on June 4 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Elizabeth Hassler alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on July 21, 2017, he was injured in an auto accident when defendant caused a collision at/or near the intersection of Vandeventer and Shaw in St. Louis.

The plaintiff holds Hassler responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to yield to the right of way, failed to keep proper lookout and attempted to make an improper turn.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks compensatory damages of more than $25,000, plus prejudgment interest and costs and all further relief that is necessary and proper. He is represented by Benjamin J. Sansone of Sansone Sumner & Lauber in Clayton, Missouri.
