Car accident 35

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals injured in a rear-end collision in St. Louis allege the driver failed to keep a proper lookout.

Dora Jackson and Craig Paige filed a complaint on June 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Abdul Matin alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on March 10, Dora Jackson and Craig Paige were injured in an auto collision when defendant collided with the rear of their vehicle on Manchester Road at/or near its intersection with Macklind in St. Louis. They allege they sustained injuries to their heads, necks and backs and incurred health care and medical expenses as a result of the accident.

The plaintiffs hold Matin responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and failed to use evasive actions at the first appearance of danger.

The plaintiffs seek judgment against the defendant in a fair and reasonable amount, prejudgment interest, costs and all other relief that is appropriate. They are represented by Brent E. Labovitz of Defeo and Kolker LLC in Clayton.
