ST. LOUIS – An automobile driver alleges she was injured when her car struck a dumpster that was blocking a portion of a St. Louis road.

Neda Abdiannia filed a complaint on June 5 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Beck Disposal Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 22, 2016, she was injured when the motor vehicle she was driving struck defendant's dumpster on the right southbound lane of Gravois Avenue at/or near its intersection with Dresden Avenue in St. Louis. The plaintiff alleges she suffered injuries to her brain, head, face, neck, back, wrist and hands and incurred medical expenses in excess of $25,000 as a result of the incident.

The plaintiff holds Beck Disposal Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly placed the trash bin so it blocked part of the right southbound lane and failed to provide warning to drivers.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that are proper and just. She is represented by Justin Wilson and Brad Elkin of Brown & Crouppen PC in St. Louis.
