ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he suffered injuries to his spine after his vehicle was struck in St. Louis.

Jonathan Stepny filed a complaint on June 7 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Ronald L. Raines alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 8, he was injured when his vehicle was violently struck by defendant's vehicle at the intersection of North Taylor and Martin Luther King Street in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered injuries to his cervical and lumbar spine and upper and lower extremities.

The plaintiff holds Raines responsible because the defendants allegedly negligently drove his vehicle at an excessive speed, failed to keep proper lookout and failed to stop, slacken speed or swerve to avoid collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, plus costs and all other relief that are just and proper. He is represented by John E. Tresslar and David B. Granat both in St. Louis.
