Car accident 01

ST. LOUIS – A man alleges he was injured in a collision at a St. Louis intersection when another driver violated a red light.

Eugene Deal filed a complaint on June 7 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Beverly Patricia Lee alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 23, 2016, he was involved in a motor vehicle collision negligently caused by the defendant on North Kingshighway Boulevard at or near its intersection with Delmar Boulevard in St. Louis. He alleges he suffered serious and permanent injuries to his cervical spine, lumbar spine, right wrist and hand as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Lee responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and failed to obey a red traffic signal.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than the jurisdictional limits of the court and all other relief that is just and equitable. He is represented by Brian Stokes of The Stokes Law Office in St. Louis.
