BV Investments alleged to owe more than $50,000 on loan

ST. LOUIS – An Alabama banking corporation alleges a St. Louis limited liability company defaulted on a loan.

Regions Bank filed a complaint on June 6 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against BV Investments LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 3, 2001, the defendant executed and delivered a promissory note in the amount of $168,000 for the benefit of plaintiff. As of Sept. 23, 2013, the amount of $51,620.20 allegedly remains unpaid. 

The plaintiff holds B.V. Investments LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to honor its obligations under the loan documents.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in plaintiff's favor in the amount of $51,620.20, attorney fees, costs and expenses and any other relief deemed proper under the premises. It is represented by Nicole Berkowitz of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz PC in Memphis, Tennessee.
