PBR St. Louis patron alleges security guards caused elbow fracture

ST. LOUIS – A patron of a St. Louis night club alleges his elbow was fractured when he was assaulted by the club's security guards.

Craig Kiser filed a complaint on June 11 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Ballpark Village Holdings, doing business as PBR St. Louis, et al. alleging assault and battery.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 4, he was at the defendant's night club and walking toward the dance floor when the defendants' security guards assaulted and battered him without provocation by plaintiff. He alleges he suffered serious and permanent physical injuries, including a fractured elbow, as a result of the incident. 

The plaintiff holds Ballpark Village Holdings, doing business as PBR St. Louis, et al. responsible because the defendants allegedly failed to provide a reasonably safe premises and failed to screen and vet their employees.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendants of more than $25,000, with costs, fees and expenses and all other just and proper relief. He is represented by Geoffrey S.
