ST. LOUIS – A driver is seeking damages from a St. Louis woman over a collision at an intersection in the city.

Muhammed Jemal filed a complaint on June 11 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Domenique R. McIntosh alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 22, he was injured when defendant struck the rear of his vehicle on South Broadway at/or near its intersection with Walnut Street. He alleges he suffered serious and permanent injuries to his cervical spine and lumbar spine as a result of the collision.

The plaintiff holds McIntosh responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove at a rate too fast for the conditions, failed to keep proper lookout and failed to obey the red light traffic signal.

The plaintiff seeks judgment in his favor in an amount in excess of the jurisdictional limits of the court. He is represented by Brian Stokes of The Stokes Law Office in St. Louis.
