More than $100,000 sought from St. Louis woman by pedestrian she allegedly struck

ST. LOUIS – A pedestrian alleges she was struck by a St. Louis woman and is seeking more than $100,000 in damages.

Katherine Lewis filed a complaint on June 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Rachel Langford alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 9, 2016, she was walking on North 7th Street when the defendant struck her with her vehicle. She alleges she suffered personal injuries and was caused to be damaged in the sum of $100,000. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $100,000, plus costs and all other proper and just relief. She is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
