Driver seeks more than $50,000 from St. Louis motorist over alleged collision damages

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges a St. Louis man carelessly operated a vehicle and caused a collision.

Grayling Robbins filed a complaint on June 12 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Marcus Gay alleging personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges on Nov. 2, 2016, he was injured when the defendant struck his vehicle on Nebraska, an open and public street in the state of Missouri. He alleges he suffered personal injuries and incurred damages of more than $50,000. 

The plaintiff holds Gay responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly drove his vehicle and caused it to strike and collide with plaintiff's vehicle.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount greater than $50,000, plus costs and all other relief that are proper and just. He is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
