ST. LOUIS – A passenger alleges she was injured in an auto accident because another driver failed to yield to oncoming traffic.
Twana Womack filed a complaint on June 15 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Richard Perigo alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 7, 2016, she was injured when the defendant carelessly operated his vehicle and caused it to collide with the vehicle in which plaintiff was a passenger in St. Louis. She alleges she suffered serious and permanent injuries to her neck, back and right knee as a result of the accident.
The plaintiff holds Perigo responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a careful lookout, failed to yield to the right of way and failed to reduce speed, stop or swerve to avoid a collision.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000 but not more than $75,000. She is represented by Thomas Traube of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis.
