ST. LOUIS – A woman alleges she was injured in a collision at a St. Louis intersection when another driver drove through a red light.

Joanna Grillas filed a complaint on June 25 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Tony Pham alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on May 6, 2016, she was injured when the defendant ran a red light at the intersection of Arsenal Street and Sublette Avenue in St. Louis and struck her vehicle. She alleges she suffered injuries to her head, neck and back and incurred lost wages and medical expenses as a result of the crash.

The plaintiff holds Pham responsible because the defendant allegedly carelessly drove his vehicle at an excessive speed, failed to keep a proper lookout and failed to yield to the right of way.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant of more than $25,000, plus costs and all other relief that are just and proper. She is represented by Matthew J. Sauter of Sauter Sullivan LLC in St. Louis.
