Car accident 37

ST. LOUIS – Two individuals allege they were injured when another driver struck them while attempting a U-turn in St. Louis.

Anthony Smith and Terry Johnson filed a complaint on July 3 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Terrance Mays alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on July 3, 2013, they were heading north on North Leonor K. Sullivan Boulevard immediately past its intersection with Dr. Martin Luther King Avenue and the defendant made a U-turn in the path of their vehicle and caused a collision. They allege they suffered injuries and incurred medical expenses of more than $8,700 as a result of the collision.

The plaintiffs hold Mays responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a proper lookout, failed to yield and made an improper turn.

The plaintiffs seek an award for damages in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $25,000 and all other relief that are proper and just. They are represented by Cecil L. Skaggs of Central West End Law Office in St. Louis.
