Driver alleges he incurred damages of more than $25,000 in St. Louis collision

ST. LOUIS – A driver alleges he was injured when another motorist turned into his vehicle at a St. Louis intersection.

Godson Onwubiko filed a complaint on July 3 in the St. Louis 22nd Judicial Circuit Court against Lisa Tran alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 19, he was stopped at the intersection of South Broadway and Spruce Street when the defendant in the lane to his right. He alleges when the light turned green, the defendant turned and struck his vehicle. He alleges he sustained painful and progressive injuries and incurred damages of more than $25,000. 

The plaintiff holds Tran responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a careful lookout and improperly used lanes.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $25,000, plus costs and such other relief that are just and proper. He is represented by Jared Gab of Law Offices of Derald L. Gab PC in St. Louis.
