Cadillac owner seeks more than $50,000 over alleged collision damages

ST. LOUIS – A 2004 Cadillac Deville owner alleges the vehicle incurred more than $4,000 in damages after it was struck by another vehicle.

Eduardo Santiago filed a complaint on July 3 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Allen Sims Jr. alleging property damage and personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 5, 2017, plaintiff's 2004 Cadillac Danville was struck by the defendant. The plaintiff alleges the vehicle was damaged in the amount of $4,160. The plaintiff also alleges he suffered injuries resulting in damages in the sum of $50,000. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in the amount of $54,160, plus costs of court and any other relief that is just and proper. He is represented by Mark G. McMahon and Michael B. Hill of Law Offices of Mark G. McMahon in Clayton.
