Car accident 03

ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have drove an excessive rate of speed in a rear-end collision at a St. Louis intersection.

Shahonna Tillman filed a complaint on July 10 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Allen Jackson alleging personal injury.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 8, 2016, she was injured when her vehicle was struck in the rear by the defendant at the intersection of Interstate 55 and Broadway in St. Louis. She alleges she suffered extensive damage to her vehicle and sustained severe and serious injuries related to neck pain, back strain, concussion and severe discomfort due to ongoing pain because of the collision.

The plaintiff holds Jackson responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently drove his vehicle at an excessive speed and failed to use evasive maneuvers at the first appearance of danger.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in a fair and reasonable amount of more than $15,000. She is represented by John C. Weller of John C. Weller PC in St. Louis.
