ST. LOUIS – A driver is alleged to have failed to yield in a St. Louis collision.

Tamara M. Gordon filed a complaint on July 16 in the St. Louis Circuit Court against Robert Lewis Jones alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 14, 2017, she was injured in a motor vehicle collision caused by the carelessness of defendant on Natural Bridge Avenue near Kingshighway Boulevard in St. Louis. She alleges she sustained injuries to her head, neck, arms and legs and incurred medical expenses in excess of $7,600 as a result of the accident.

The plaintiff holds Jones responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to keep a careful lookout, failed to yield and failed to stop, swerve or take evasive actions to avoid a collision.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant in an amount of more than $25,000, plus costs. She is represented by William E. Sorrell of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis.
